There is a complete schedule
posted but here is a brief synopsis of the weekend:
Friday evening
Diana Tomchick
and
Bill Steele
will host a welcoming party at their home in
Irving. Booze and Munchies will be served. Local cavers will
be available to provide transportation from the DFW Airport to there and
to local hotels so you can kick back and enjoy yourself.
Saturday
morning will begin with breakfast back at Diana and Bill's house before
going to the meeting. After the meeting, dinner will be served at
Spring Creek Barbecue to enjoy some of Texas finest Barbecue
followed by a big party at Diana and Bill's.
Sunday will begin with
breakfast in a real Mexican Restaurant followed by the opportunity to
visit area attractions or possible caving trips before departures.
